Hello Rusty!
As far as I am aware there is no such tool. But there is MMA, Music MIDI
Accompaniment:

It generates sort of a rhythm, as found in arranger keyboards. At least as
far as I understand. There are some nice demos by Bob playing saxophone
together with MMA, if you want to hear, what it can do.
