-X seq should be ignored. It is never a valid option unless you do not
care about precise timing.

The next release of Jack 1 will have massively improved MIDI bridging
support. a2jmidid will become unnecessary.

Hi all! =A0I'm still having XRUN difficu=
lties when recording using MIDI input to a softsynth. =A0Along with the =A0=
"*** Alsa XRUN" error message, I also consistently get this messa=
ge from a2j-midid:

=A0[31mERROR: =A0[0ma2j_process_incoming: threw away MIDI event - not reser=
ved at time 13248047

Can anyone explain what this error means? =A0I was advised that A2J-MIDI-Br=
idge might be better than using Jack's seq mode,<=
/div>-X seq should be ignored.=A0 It is never a valid option unless yo=
u do not care about precise timing.
