Hi Hartmut! Thank you for your mail!

The sounds are mostly done with the TripleOscillator from LMMS, which is
one of my favourite synths for this kind of sound. TripleOSC, plus some
other LMMS plugins, are currently being ported by
https://github.com/pgiblox(currently paused though, but I've been in
contact with him and it's to be
resumed soon) to LV2, which will be a great addition to electronic music on
Linux I believe! I'm really longing for those, will be great with the
TripleOSC.

Hehe, classic electro-drums is a cliche all together, I agree, but I kinda
like that raw generic sound =). Thank you very much for taking you time to
listen and comment, really makes me happy! =)

Regards!

Hello!

Last summer I tried making some electro with Linux, and here's the resu=
lt I
got. It's overcompressed (brick waveform hehe) and really not that work=

through, but perhaps it can give someone pleasure!
This project was one of those that got lost in "evolvement", you =
find new
tools and evolve as a producer or whatever. I just felt that I'll never=

finnish this without completely remaking the tracks, so instead of just
letting the exports sit around in my computer I figured I might share it
with all of you =3D).

I like the synths -- the distortion and oversaturation gives it a strange m=
etal-like feel, anarchic, punk, I like it :-)
If you could tweak it to sound a little more brilliant/widescreen it would =
be even better...

not so much the drumsounds, that sound a bit cliche for me, but this is my =
personal pov only ;-)

Both tracks were mixed in ardour2, sequenced in mainly seq24 + hydrogen,
with some synths from LMMS, and various other instruments.

Anyway, maybe someone can find it atleast interesting to have a listen to!<=

Cheers,
