Bristol runs the audio and midi threads with RT prio=2C these can be overri=
dden
with command line options to allow for inheritance. Realtime MIDI messages
(note on/off for example) are actually fielded in the audio thread anyway=
=2C the
param changes are taken in the MIDI thread.
