I meant the validity of concepts behind copyright, not the validity of

things

being created. Just like (excuse the analogy) the economic analysis of

slavery, that is, the cost of buying and maintaining slaves and the profit

from using slaves in your production, says very little, if anything, about

the validity of slavery as a practice.
