That's exactly as it should be. Jacker can't record MIDI yet. It's not

a top priority with trackers, as they work fine with PC keyboards

You must add patterns first. Go to the sequencer editor, doubleclick

somewhere. See cheatsheet.txt for keyboard and mouse commands.

I'm hoping for maintainer patches. I don't want to implement it myself
