Hi Jeremy!

   There's sonanalyse,I don't have the URL ready. It's a commandline tool. I

can't really remember, if it acutally splits the song into regions.

   Then I seem to remember, that there is an lv2 plugin. But I don't have a

name present. You'll certainly find something to help you. I can remember a

couple of tools mentioned, since I was interested in it for a time.
