As ken pointed out, it's a gui problem, not a jack kick. While yoshimi

is doing major control ops like an instrument load, all the jack process

callback does is fill jack's buffers with silence and return immediately.

No waiting, no delay, so adjusting jack's timeout really isn't pertinent

in this case.
