here's a tutorial i wrote 2 years ago, it's still relevant, only you
should of course use more recent versions of the software mentioned in
there:

corresponding slides are in the same directory.

you can skip the room/speaker correction part - if your gear and your
room is good, the benefits will be marginal anyways, and it greatly
simplifies things.
