   Thanks for replying. the problem is solved.

1. the file did have 6 channels (only need to add -channels 6)

2. Then the question of how to get the binaural file is rather simple. In the

csound manual there's a description of a typical 5.1 speaker setup.

   Only if you ever need to mangle 5.1 again.
