I believe you could generate an impulse from a sample of the noise and

use the impulse convolver, but it requires the impulse to be compiled

in AFAICT.
Audacity seems to have a user friendly noise reduction function.

Never tried it though.
Many audiophile types believe that even the best noise reduction

filters ruin the sound.
