hi, i find nothing in portage for DSSI or liblo. where are these?

further than me, ./configure cant find wine headers even tho theyre there, but with hexter,xsynth,specimen,aeolus,beatrix,ams,amsynth,om and hundreds of LADSPA plugs im not sure i'll fight any further..
