the MMC goto messages emitted by Qtractor always have the subframe count

Second, when looping Qtractor doesn't send an MMC goto message when it
returns to the beginning of the loop during playback. I'm not sure what
the MIDI spec has to say about this, but e.g. Rosegarden does this.
Would it be possible to have this behaviour in Qtractor, too, at least
as an option?

I'm running the "delta whisky" here.
