But the full installation of alsa-drivers-1.0.7 worked like a charm;
make install # or better 'checkinstall'

Now I am testing all the wonderful audio applications ...
I have found some problems:
- qjackctl (0.2.10) cannot stop jackd after a audio graph has been established
i have to kill it manually (but not as root)
