MaurizioBdrobilla: well, I just started a simple test, and it looks like the lfo connection might be solved14:46
MaurizioBI'll try deeper tests this afternoon, I'll let you know; in the meantime, thank you!14:46
MaurizioBdrobilla: ok, that's not nice... once I connect the LFO ingen doesn't crash but goes zombie:15:03
MaurizioBzombified - calling shutdown handler15:03
MaurizioBJack shutdown, exiting15:03

drobillaMaurizioB: Didn't think the cost would be *that* extreme, but not terribly surprised18:07
drobillaMaurizioB: I'll change it to be control rate18:07
MaurizioBdrobilla: well, apparently my old macbook refuses to pay that much :)18:08
drobillaWhat I did would work nicely for square waves and more discrete CV19:37
drobillaBut something like a sin that changes every single sample, not so much19:37
drobillaGotta run, but I'll fix it this evening19:37
*** edogawa has joined #ingen19:40
MaurizioBdrobilla: and... obviously I tried with sine! ;) don't worry, I've still got plenty of things to setup yet, thanks again in the meantime, see you later!19:47

drobillaMaurizioB: pushed a fix21:20
MaurizioBdrobilla: good! let's see!21:21
MaurizioBshould I update just ingen?21:21
MaurizioBoh, right, the ./waf update21:22
drobillammmm I didn't update the submodule, so yes21:23
* drobilla hates this21:23
*** thorwil has quit IRC21:24
drobillahm, actually maybe it will anyway21:24
MaurizioBdrobilla: btw, I don't remember if I was talking to you about this, some days ago I was forced to disable qt5 support using waf, because on my distro (gentoo) there is no moc-qt4/521:28
drobillaAs far as I can tell there is no consistency there to rely on at all21:57
MaurizioBdrobilla: unfortunally I can't tell you much, I just suppose that gentoo's moc defaults to the current "active" qt profile on the system, and jalv compiles itself using qt4, even if qt5 is available... but that's just a supposition, I'm not an expert about qt21:59
MaurizioBanyway, good news! I've just made a couple of tests, ingen seems to work fine with the lfo! :)22:00
MaurizioBa question about that: is there a "signal inverter"? every time I reset the lfo the wave goes positive and then negative, but I need another lfo that acts in the opposite way22:02
drobillaswh-plugins has one22:06
